Lead Pastor at Valley Grace Church (Hagerstown, Md.)

If you desire to lead a church that is moving into the next chapter of effective ministry, then Valley Grace Church is one you should consider. Through our Mission, Helping people follow Jesus, we look to introduce people to Christ and disciple them to reflect his character and priorities.

To empower the approximately 250 individuals calling Valley Grace their church we emphasize the following Vision Investments.
• Reaching those who are not yet followers of Jesus
• Teaching & Preaching the Word of God
• Connecting Christ followers with each other
• Coaching Christ followers to minister to those within their spheres of influence
• Developing leaders
• Investing time and financial resources into the ministry
• Depending fully on God

We have taken the time to assess our strengths and weaknesses and believe we are positioned to continue to grow under the next strategic lead pastor. Fulfilling the vision that God is giving Valley Grace will require a pastor who can serve as the leader of leaders while simultaneously building relationships with current members and attenders. The new lead pastor must also strategically develop and implement the vision and passionately lead and equip the church to reach those who are not yet followers of Jesus.
