Padget Wilkes (a missionary to Japan about 100 years ago, proclaimed the Word of God, as Bill Burke did. His conviction was that God did not always require an extended time of study of Scripture before someone was ready to become a Christian. He looked to God to bring them people when they were ready…some immediately, and some after extended time in study of the Scriptures…
