Here are some comments in response to the recent District Night of Praise held at DGBC:

From Todd Scoles (District Coordinator):
More than 500 people from at least nine NCO churches, representatives from FGBC, GBIM, GBNAM, and Grace Schools gathered at Delaware GBC last Sunday evening for the NCO District Night of Praise. Brian Blackburn (Delaware GBC) and Phil Stoll (Powell GBC) organized the evening with help from Randy Kettering (GBC Columbus). Choir members, musicians, and dramatists from the churches led a service of praise and reflection. A love offering was collected for the work of NCO District Missions. A great evening that we hope to duplicate next year. The District Night of Praise was just a sample of what the churches of the District can do in cooperation with each other.

From Randy Kettering (Polaris Music Director):
Brian,
Just wanted to drop you a note and say congrats on Sunday night. You and Phil did a good job putting a nice evening together.
It was great to see the 8 churches be so supportive. The evening went well I thought.

Thank you so much for inviting us to be a part of the night....we enjoyed it!

From Marsha Link:
What a high it was for me to attend the “Night of Praise” and worship with all my brothers and sisters in Christ. Now that “felt right to me”! The experience really brought me to a wonderful “high”!

From: Barbara McLeary:
Comments: To Whom It May Concern:
Just wanted to let you know how refreshing the North Central Ohio District Night of Praise was last Sunday evening. I so appreciated the blended music that you chose. The arrangement of Be Thou My Vision was awesome. It was also so nice to be with other churches in our district. I have been in the GBC Fellowship for many years and I always appreciate renewing acquaintances. Thank you for all the time and energy given to arrange this praise gathering. God bless, Barb McLeary

From Susan Zartman(Powell Choir Director):

Good job putting everything together for this evening's worship! I thought the service flowed
smoothly and was well done. Thanks for letting us participate! It was also fun connecting with
people who have been part of my life for the past 25 years ;-)

Have a great week!
Susan "Z"

From anonymous:
Just wanted to tell you quickly how much I enjoyed this evening! It was wonderful having all those people together just praising and worshiping God! It was truly a blessing to me. Thanks for putting it all together! I hope we do it again!

From anonymous:
What an awesome time at praise night, it was truly uplifting and encouraging for me.
From anonymous:
Comments: The NCO Grace Brethren Churches praise night was just awesome. Just a great time together, as I knew a few people from the other Grace Brethren churches and it is kind of nice to get together with them. Will there be an MP3 download of the evening or a video of the various segments?
From anonymous:
Thanks so much for "having us over!" John and I totally enjoyed singing with the choir one more time. That was such a well put-together program! It was just terrific!

Thanks again!
