Operations Director at Grace Church of Orange (Orange, Calif.)

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the non-pastoral functions of the church,
which include finance, facilities, human resources, technology, publications, special projects,
and other administrative activities. This position reports directly to the Senior Pastor and
manages the non-pastoral staff. Currently, this includes three direct reports: the Office
Manager (full-time), the Facilities Director (part-time), and the Finance Director (part-time)
who each oversee others.

The Operations Director plays a crucial role in ensuring that necessary resources are available
and fostering effective collaboration among the pastoral staff, administrative staff, and
volunteers. This teamwork is essential for fulfilling the church’s mission to be a Christ-centered
community intent on proclaiming the Gospel, making disciples, and sacrificially serving Jesus.
