She guided me musically for several years as my husband was a student @ Grace Seminary. She also guided me spiritually during those same years through her example & through our “talks” at the keyboard. Since I was an “adult” student I could teasingly call her Verna Mae & courageously did so on occasion! 🙂 She helped to lay down a solid classical foundation musically for me BUT also helped me in truly learning to worship the Lord through all of my music. I seek to follow that example to this day. I sincerely thank You, Lord, for bringing Verna Mae Felts into my life & using her in my heart…memories I will treasure always. Carolyne Taylor
