Dean Sandy Retires from Grace College

A familiar sight in the dish room at the Grace College dining hall, Dean Sandy retired this week after 44 years of service. Grace president Bill Katip presented Sandy with a framed certificate, a Grace College lap robe, and a plush recliner chair. James Bloemendaal, general manager of Sodexo food service, praised Sandy for his faithfulness as an employee.

Dean is the son of the late Rollin and Omega Sandy. Rollin pastored in Sidney, Ind., for many years.
