 “Everyone talks about being aware of the devil’s schemes, but no one seems to declare what they are,” says Bill Glass, pastor of Mid-Shore Community Church a Charis Fellowship Congregation in in Easton, Md. Bill recently release his first book titled, Satan’s Twelve Strategies.
Six years ago, Bill preached a sermon series with a similar title outlining the concepts in the book. Eighteen months after graduating with his PhD from Clarks Summit University, he began to put words to paper and thus creating his first title based upon the sermon series.
According to the book’s preface, “Satan’s Twelve Strategies explains the root causes behind the cultural changes as well as a means to overcome the pressure to conform…. The root causes underlying these changes are Satan’s twelve strategies that distort and pervert God’s image in man.”
Some of the strategies included in Bill’s book are lies, blinding, temptation, and demonizing. The book gives examples on how to defeat each particular strategy along with principles of spiritual  growth and sanctification.
“It’s not a dark book,” clarifies Bill, “it’s actually a positive and uplifting book.”
In the midst of a global pandemic and the many cultural changes that are seemingly headed our way, Bill feels like the release of the book is timely.
“People are recognizing we’re in a Satanic warfare,” he says.
Bill points out issues that Bible-believing Christians may not realize are counterintuitive to the Christian belief and compares them with what God’s word says about such issues. Some highlighted topics in the book are: abortion, climate change, and globalization.
Bill gives a word of caution to believers, “Don’t compromise to what you know to be true because if we do, we lose our effectiveness.”
A handbook for Christians, Satan’s Twelve Strategies is written to those who are in Christ to be encouraged and equipped to fight against the devil’s evil schemes.
