Pastors Dave Kennedy and Brad Gromis sat down at the East Focus Retreat to talk about mentoring. Dave has been the senior pastor at Community of Grace Church, a Grace Brethren congregation in Richmond, Va., for the past 12 years. Brad is in his third year as associate pastor of family ministries at the church. (Their story is also included in the Winter 2012 issue of FGBC World, which will be available in late December.)
