Assist Church Expansion Announces First Bootcamp

Assist Church Expansion, a church-planting agency in the Charis Fellowship, is offering their first-ever Expansion Bootcamp this spring. The three-day bootcamp is an intensive coaching, strategic planning, peer mentoring, and training event that will allow church-planting teams to develop a great plan, establish tangible action steps, and connect with ongoing coaching to reach goals for expansion.

The event will be held April 12-14, 2018, at Grace Fellowship Church, 1449 Refugee Road, Pickerington, Ohio (Keith Minier, pastor).

Participants may choose from five tracks: New Church, New Site, Restart, Tune-up, and Expansion.

Among the speakers are: Nathan Bryant, executive director of Assist Church Expansion; Keith Minier, lead pastor, Grace Fellowship Church, Pickerington; Tim Farrant, executive pastor, Grace Fellowship Church; Rick Scavuzzo, director of advancement, Grace Church, Akron, Ohio; Kevin Marsico, formerly regional director for NAM; Mark Artrip, church planter and lead pastor of Movement Church, Hilliard, Ohio; Ed Short, consultant and coach for CE National; Phil Bryant, pastor and director of development for Assist; and Wade Rininger, church planter and campus pastor, Renew Church, Mayfield West, Ontario, Canada.

Cost for the event is $200 before March 16 or $250, after March 16. The fee includes: lodging, two per room on Thursday and Friday Night at Best Western Executive Inn; all meals and snacks from Noon, Thursday to Sat 3:00 p.m., except Friday night dinner; and teaching, materials, and coaching.
