The current Senior Pastor is retiring and we are looking for someone who is interested leading the Church with a clear, innovative strategy.
Maumee Valley has a group of solid believers who are open to creative ideas. The Church is on ten acres and debt free. The property has a pond, pavilion, volleyball court, softball/soccer field, ropes course and challenge course.
We currently operate a Wilderness Camp for two weeks in the summer, which is a day camp.
Senior Pastor Ministry Description
- Growing in his love for Jesus.
- Theologically sound, knows the Scriptures and is an effective teacher. Agrees with our Statement of Faith. Bible College or Seminary training is required.
- Has a passion to reach his community and world with the Gospel.
- Works hard and smart by using his time wisely and effectively.
Has a desire to lead toward innovative and effective changes. - Has a shepherd’s heart shown by his love for people.
- Work experience where he has demonstrated competency, integrity and a positive attitude in the secular work setting as well as a ministry setting.
- Show evidence of successful relationships with his family, friends and people in the community.
