Today’s story comes from Movement Church in Columbus, Ohio (Mark Artrip, lead pastor), and introduces Shelly Frazier, who felt God’s call to get involved at the Van Buren Center, a homeless shelter in downtown Columbus, baking dessert for 300 people once a month.
“Everybody has a different calling — who would have thought that baking would lead me into serving others?” notes Frazier in her interview. “Sometimes sharing God’s love is as baking cookies or sharing a kind word.”
