Dr. Augustin Hibale spoke at the Winona Lake (Ind.) Grace Brethren Church this evening about CIDEL (International Center for the Development of Ethical Leadership), his ministry in the Central African Republic. CIDEL is an ethics and leadership training program for government officials.
He is in the middle of a speaking tour of the U.S.
