Charis Fellowship ministry leaders from around the eastern U.S. are gathered this week at Ocean City, Md., for the East Focus Retreat. The retreat provides an opportunity for 48 hours of rest, relaxation, fellowship, and time to connect with one another over topics related to ministry and the Charis Fellowship.
Clancy Cruise, executive director of the Charis Fellowship (and pastor of Marysville Grace, Marysville, Ohio), is leading the sessions, which is focusing on how best to move the Charis Fellowship forward.
Phil Sparling, incoming executive director of the Fellowship (and pastor of Auburn Community Grace, Auburn, Calif.), is also sharing about being faithful stewards of what God has entrusted to an individual.
The retreat concludes tomorrow morning.
