A gathering for all those gifted in evangelism or with a special passion for evangelism has been set for October 7-9, 2005, at the Grace Brethren Church of Worthington (Columbus), Ohio.
According to an announcement on the Grace Brethren North American Missions website, “We need to honor and network the evangelists in the Grace Brethren Movement, so GBNAM is sponsoring The Evangelists Gathering–a gathering for conversations, encouragement and movement.
This gathering isn’t for those who want to learn about evangelism, it is for those who believe God has called them and given them as Evangelists to the Body. We understand that most Evangelists are not in full-time ministry, so we are doing it on a weekend to better serve them. It is scheduled for October 7-9 (Friday evening – Sunday afternoon).”
