For the fifth straight season, Grace College’s men’s soccer team will head south to end its season.
The Lancers earned a spot in the 2019 NCCAA National Championship, to be held in Kissimmee, Fla., from Dec. 2-7.
Grace is the No. 4 seed in the nine-team tournament. Each team will play two pool play matches. The winner of each of the three pools, along with the top runner-up, will advance to the national semifinals.
Last season, Grace reached the national semifinals before bowing out in an overtime defeat.
The Lancers (9-6-3) will play No. 7 Ecclesia on Dec. 3 and No. 3 Ottawa-Arizona on Dec. 4. The semifinals are scheduled for Dec. 6 with the championship to follow on Dec. 7.
