ICDI Fundraiser 5K Run Next Saturday, July 23

From this morning’s Warsaw (IN) Times-Union newspaper. ICDI was founded by former GBIM missionaries Jim and Faye Hocking and it is now a cooperating ministry with the FGBC.

5K ‘Run4Others’ Set July 23
WINONA LAKE – On July 23, the second annual 5K “Run4Others” ICDI Fundraising Event run/walk event will be at Winona Lake Park, Winona Lake, Indiana.
The purpose of the event is to raise funds for AIDS orphaned children in the Central African Republic.
Integrated Community Development International operates as a non-profit humanitarian organization from headquarters in Warsaw. All proceeds from the event registrations and donations are tax deductible and will be used to help the 687 children ICDI serves in the Republic. 

 
Local volunteer Jeremy Blackburn, a former Warsaw Community High School cross-country and track athlete, is organizing the event together with other volunteers and friends of ICDI.


Registration opens at 7 a.m. with the run/walk starting promptly at 8 a.m. Registration is $15 and can be done online at http://db.tt/6GfoSJS or onsite day of the race.
