The Grace Brethren Church of West Kittanning, Penna., and Pastor Larry Edwards invite all who are able to attend to a special Homecoming Picnic and Hogroast on Sunday, August 19, at 1 p.m.
The event, which is set later to accommodate those who may have other church responsibilities, will be held at the church’s camp grounds (Camp White’s Pond) off US Rt. 28/66 near Goheenville.
Pastor Edwards says, “I want to express my personal thanks to the many people who have helped over the years in the ministry at Kittanning Grace Brethren. It is a ‘family’ get-together.”
Edwards says there will be games and lots of chairs to sit on under the camp’s new pavilion as attenders reminisce about what God has done. He says, “Come for the day and stay for the campfire and Karmel Kettle Korn.”
