Grace College’s women’s basketball team was recognized by the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) thanks to their 3.706 team GPA in 2019-20.
Among all NAIA programs, Grace’s 3.706 GPA ranked eighth in the country. When compared with all NAIA and NCAA women’s teams, the Lady Lancers ranked No. 39 as a team.
The Lady Lancers also enjoyed a record year on the court. Grace posted its best winning percentage thanks to a 19-13 record.
Grace’s impressive season was abruptly ended a week before competing in the NCCAA National Championships due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
For the 2020-21 season, the Lady Lancers will return three of their top four scorers to their fast-paced attack under head coach Dan Davis.
