Phil Shearer was installed as the lead pastor of North Shore Bible Church, a Charis Fellowship congregation in Essex, Mass., on Sunday, January 19, 2020. His dad, Pastor Keith Shearer of New Beginnings Grace Brethren Church, Myerstown, Pa., delivered the message from 2 Timothy 3:14-4:5 charging Phil to be about the Word. Phil’s father-in-law, Pastor Dan Jackson, of Grace Church, Ashland, Ohio, shared a word of testimony about Phil, calling him a faithful steward. In the feature picture above, Phil and Emily are prayed over by the pastors and elders in attendance at the service.
