Tracey and Marie Owen, long-time members of the Winona Lake, Ind., Grace Brethren Church (Bruce Barlow, lead pastor), have spent several years as volunteers with Roving Volunteers in Christ’s Service (RVICS), a ministry where retired couples travel throughout the U.S. providing short-term maintenance and service projects at a variety of Christian ministries. More recently, they have relocated to the organization’s headquarters in Smithville, Tex., where they serve as part of the administrative team.
