A memorial service for former Grace Brethren pastor, Tom Hughes, will be held at Bakersfield National Cemetery in Arvin, Calif., according to information posted by his family and forwarded to GraceConnect.us.
The military service starts promptly at 12:30 on September 1. It will be followed by a celebration of life at the Hughes home in Bakersfield.
Tom, who pastored Grace Brethren churches in Long Beach and Whittier, Calif., and Albuquerque, N.M., died on August 18.
