The registration deadline for Momentum Youth Conference, scheduled for July 14-19, 2020 at Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, Ind., has be extended, according to an email sent this afternoon from the conference office. Below is their complete message.
As we plan for Momentum 2020, we continue to assess current events as it relates to COVID-19 and the health and safety of our registrants. As of April 13 we are continuing to plan for Momentum 2020 in July and ask that you pray with us for the timeline of the virus passing, our country’s health, and the date of Momentum. We are working to be flexible with registration dates and costs.

Student Costs
FIRST DEADLINE
$473 // If a $200 deposit is paid with registration by June 15 and the balance is paid by July 1.
SECOND DEADLINE
$498 // If a $200 deposit is paid with registration June 16 to July 1 and the balance is paid by July 1.
THIRD DEADLINE
$523 // If the balance is paid with registration July 1 to July 14.
Youth Worker Costs
The youth worker rate is $385 for Momentum 2020. It won’t have incremental increases, but each group must have a 12 to 1 ratio of youth workers to students per gender.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I registered already and paid the $75 deposit prior to the deadline date change?
You will need to log into your account and pay the remaining $125 by June 15 and the balance by July 1 in order to secure the best rate.
What if I paid the deposit already or pay it by June 15 but then need to cancel my registration?
Our cancellation policy is still in effect if Momentum 2020 is still happening and a registrant needs to cancel.
What if Momentum is cancelled because of government regulations?
If it is out of our control to have Momentum 2020 and we must cancel the July event with no other alternative plans in place, Momentum will refund you any money paid towards your 2020 registration except a $25 administrative fee.
