Dr. Jim Nesbitt, who was operated on this week for a triple heart bypass and aortic valve replacement, is through the surgery and recovering in Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Nesbitt is theologian-in-residence at Grace College & Seminary, and is a member of the Winona Lake (IN) Grace Brethren Church.
Currently he is in a medically-induced coma as he recovers from the surgery. Relatives are arriving to provide assistance to his wife, Nancy, in the days ahead. The Nesbitt family is grateful for your prayers.
