Registration is now open for the Northwest Focus Retreat.
It will be held May 21-23 at Camp Clear Lake, 11660 Tieton Rd., Naches, Wash. 98937, high in the Cascade Mountains near White’s Pass.
As with previous Focus Retreats, the sessions will focus on Creating a Culture of Apprenticeship for Leadership Development and will be led by Clancy Criuse, executive director of the Charis Fellowship and pastor of Grace Church, Marysville, Ohio. Dan Allan, senior pastor at Grace Church, Ashland, Ohio, will also share about how to stay fresh in ministry.
This year, the Northwest retreat begins on Monday night in Yakima, Wash., with dinner at Iglesia de los Hermanos en Yakima, 202 W. Mead Ave. Yakima, WA 98902. This will allow the bi-vocational pastors and leaders in the region to participate. Following the evening session, the group will drive to the camp for evening accommodations and sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
Focus Retreats are designed for pastors and ministry leaders in Charis Fellowship congregations and ministries. They are held at five locations throughout the country each year.
