It was a great weekend in Philadelphia with our Operation Barnabas students! Over 30 students participated on the OB 2018 Reunion Weekend at Urban Hope Training Center Philadelphia, October 26-28.
The weekend was a good time of reconnecting and hearing how God has been working in the lives of students since this summer.
Despite some bus trouble and some rain, the weekend ran smoothly. Students engaged in homeless ministry, walked down South Street, ran the Rocky Steps, and, of course, ate cheese-steaks! Students also helped to put on a children’s Halloween party at Urban Hope. They were able to do programming from the summer as part of the party and helped to set up, interact, and serve.
All in all, it was a great time getting to be together and practicing just what Operation Barnabas is about.
