Lois Wilson, former missionary to the CAR, has informed us that Elsie Smitley, wife of retired pastor Lester Smitley, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012. Memorial service to be held at Palmyra, Pennsylvania, Grace Brethren Church on Friday, March 23, at 10:30 AM.
