Registration for the South Focus Retreat, to be held March 16-18 at the Florida FFA Leadership Training Center in Haines City, Fla., is now open.
This is the final retreat for pastors and ministry leaders in the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches in the 2014-2015 year. As with the previous retreats held in Ohio, Maryland, Washington, and California, the focus is on the Identity Initiative.
The 48-hours away will celebrate our mutual commitments to truth, relationships, and mission; review and provide feedback for the Charis Commitment to Common Mission, Draft One; and explore the implications of forming part of a global movement. There will also be time to celebrate, relax, refresh, and fellowship with one another. The sessions will be led by Dr. Dave Guiles, national coordinator for The Identity Initiative and coordinator of Charis International Steering Committee.
Cost for the event starts at $200. The Association of Grace Brethren Ministers is offering a $40 discount for it’s members. Check with your district leaders for additional help if needed.
