The fall season of writing workshops co-sponsored by GraceConnect and Charis Women kicks off at 7 p.m., EST, on September 2 with Dr. Terry White, presenting from a lifetime of experience in writing and publishing.
The topic will be Submitting Articles for Publication. In this workshop we will consider how best to match an article idea with a potential publishing “home” for the finished piece. We will explore how to find what editors are looking for, how to find a publication home for articles we generate on our own, and then some of the technical aspects of query letters, proper manuscript formatting, and submitting protocol of the finished product. We will also invite input from participants, and will allow ample time for questions and answers.
