Woodville Grace Member Retires from Richland County Sheriff’s Office

Yesterday’s Mansfield, Ohio, News Journal, carried a story about Keith Witzky, who is retiring after 30 years with the Richland County (Ohio) Sheriff’s Office. This weekend, the Grace College Women’s Rugby team is traveling to New Orleans, Louisiana, for the Collegiate Rugby Championship.
