A group of Haitian pastors provided several special musical numbers in the Tuesday evening session at the south Focus Retreat. The songs were sung in the Creole language.

The south Focus Retreat, being held near Haines City, Florida, began yesterday with a worship session and small-group discussions based on the Acts of the Apostles. FGBC Moderator Tim Boal, who is leading the retreat, was delayed in Philadelphia by weather but arrived later in the evening. The retreat continues through Wednesday mid-morning.

Scott Avey, who directs the music and worship at the Grace Brethren Church in Ashland, Ohio (Dan Allan, pastor), is leading the worship for the south Focus Retreat.
